All sales are final. No returns or refunds are accepted.

We only accept returns in the following case:

👉 Damaged items during shipping

📦 Damaged items

If your item arrives damaged during shipping:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • You must provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We will review your request and, if approved:
    • offer a replacement (if available), or
    • issue a refund

❌ Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Condition expectations (especially for raw trading cards)
