Shipping policy

 

We currently ship within Switzerland only.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Shipping Methods : 

1. Priority A (Untracked)

For lightweight orders up to 100g.

  • Cost: CHF 2.00
  • Delivery: 1–2 business days

⚠️ Important Notice
This shipping method does not include tracking.
In the event of loss or delivery issues, we are unable to provide compensation or open an investigation with the carrier.

👉 We strongly recommend selecting a tracked shipping option for valuable orders.

2. Priority A+ Shipping

Tracked delivery via Swiss Post.

  • Cost: CHF 3.90
  • Delivery: 1–2 business days
  • Tracking included (mailbox delivery, no signature)

Important:
This shipping method includes tracking only and does not provide insurance coverage.
In the event of loss or delivery issues, compensation depends on the carrier’s investigation and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Registered Priority Shipping

Secure delivery with signature.

  • Cost: CHF 6.80
  • Delivery: 1–2 business days
  • Tracking included
  • Signature required on delivery
  • Insurance coverage up to CHF 500

4. PostPac Priority Shipping

For parcels and larger shipments.

  • Cost: CHF 10.50
  • Delivery: 1–2 business days
  • Tracking included
  • Insurance coverage up to CHF 500
  • No signature required

5. Free Priority Shipping

Available on all orders over CHF 200.

  • Delivery: 1–2 business days
  • Tracking included
  • Signature required when necessary (high-value shipments)
  • Insurance coverage up to CHF 500, or up to CHF 1500 for signed deliveries (in accordance with Swiss Post terms)
  • Additional insurance may be applied for high-value orders (up to CHF 5,000)

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order is handed over to the carrier, delivery times are the responsibility of La Poste Suisse.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Untracked shipments (Post Letter A):
    Cannot be investigated or reimbursed.
  • Tracked shipments:
    In case of loss or damage, we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
